Since 53 years in Puerto Vallarta is held the International Sailfish and Marlin Tournament, one of the worlds most important deep sea fishing competitions. Year by year visited by international professionals, the tournament is one of the most important events in Puerto Vallarta.

The competition hosted by San Diego Yacht Club (Acapulco), is a -biennial race which will conclude this year on 01.03. at the port of Nuevo Vallarta, minutes north of Puerto Vallarta. The concluding destination changes frequently.
